I live outside the US. Can I still open a US company with BizzGo?

Yes. Non‑US residents from most countries can legally form and own a US LLC or corporation; US law does not require you to be a citizen or resident to start an LLC

Are there countries you cannot accept?

Yes. Because BizzGo works with US‑based partners and banks, people who live in countries under strong US or international sanctions generally cannot use our service. This often includes residents of places such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, parts of Ukraine under Russian control (for example Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk), as well as certain high‑risk countries in Africa and Latin America. Always check the latest official sanctions information, because these lists can change.

Does BizzGo open the bank account for me?

Yes. BizzGo actively helps you open business bank accounts in both the US and the EU. After your company and EIN are ready, we guide you through applications with banks so you can receive payments in USD, EUR and other major currencies.

Which documents do I need?

Normally you just need a valid passport, your home‑country address, email, phone number, and a short description of your business activity and company name idea.

Do I need a US Social Security Number (SSN)?

No. You can form a company without an SSN; your business will use an Employer Identification Number (EIN), which can be issued by the IRS even for owners who do not have an SSN or ITIN.

Do I need a US address or phone number?

Every US company must have a registered agent with a physical address in the state of formation; this is provided through BizzGo while you keep using your real address and phone in your own country.

What happens after I place my order with BizzGo?

You choose a package and fill in your details; BizzGo then passes the information to system, which files your company with the chosen state and handles the EIN application.

How long does it take to get my company and EIN?

Many states approve an LLC in a few days, while an EIN for foreign‑owned companies can take up to three months when processed by the IRS.

Do I need to send paper documents by mail?

In most cases everything is handled online; you may only need to sign a digital IRS form and later sign documents for your bank or payment providers.

Which state should I choose?

Wyoming is popular because it offer simple rules and relatively low ongoing fees.

Can my company receive payments from clients worldwide?

Yes. Once your company and EIN are ready, you can apply for platforms like Stripe or multi‑currency business accounts to receive payments in USD/EUR and other currencies from anywhere.

Does opening a US company give me a visa, green card, or work permit?

No. Creating a company does not automatically give any immigration status; visas and work permits are separate processes handled under US immigration law.

Can I come to the US and work for my own company?

You may own the company from abroad, but to live or work in the United States you still need an appropriate visa or other legal permission.
